Cancellation Policy

Reservations Booking: Event space reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our office directly. All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary. Payments Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods as listed on our website. Fees: All fees, including rental fees, security deposits, and additional charges, must be paid in full prior to the start of the reservation. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations or modifications will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy Notice: Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No Shows: Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice will result in a full charge for the reserved time. Use of Space Purpose: The Venue is to be used for events only. Any illegal activities or activities that violate local, state, or federal laws are strictly prohibited. Condition: The Venue must be maintained in good condition. Any damages or excessive wear and tear caused by the user will be the responsibility of the user. Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal property left in The Venue. Please ensure all personal items are removed at the end of your reservation. Security and Access Access: Access to The Venue will be granted at the start time of your reservation. Early access is not permitted unless previously arranged. Security: Users are responsible for ensuring the security of The Venue during their reservation. This includes locking doors and windows when leaving the space unattended. Liability Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Work Spot and The Venue, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of The Venue. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users and posted on our website. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
